Scallipolis Dashboard

Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains how Scallipolis Dashboard (operated by Op Schalen), an internal tool for managing Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts of e-commerce clients, accesses, uses, stores and shares data. The tool is used only by its operator and has no public users.

Google data the tool accesses

The tool does not access Gmail, contacts, calendars or any personal data of shoppers.

How the data is used

The data is used only to report on advertising performance and to carry out changes the account owner has asked for: adjusting budgets and campaign status, including or excluding products in campaigns, and setting custom labels for that purpose. It is not used for any other purpose, not used to build advertising profiles, and not used to train machine learning models.

Storage and security

Data is processed on the operator's own computer. Access tokens are stored locally, are never published and are never shared. Cached performance data is kept only as long as needed for reporting and is overwritten on each refresh.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties. Reports about an account are shared only with the business that owns that account.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Scallipolis Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

An account owner can remove the tool's access at any time by removing the operator's user from Google Ads or Merchant Center. The operator can revoke the tool's authorization at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is removed, cached data for that account is deleted on request.
